This is a great 3 bedroom raised home.  The house has 2 King bedrooms and a Twin room.  Also 2 full baths, 1 with outdoor access and the other with a step in shower and soak tub.  There is a great open central living space.  Living room, Dining room and Kitchen look out at lanai and pool area.  Wall of sliders, for great natural light too.   The outdoor space has multi levels offering sun and shade.  The entire pool and lanai are screened in.   We use quality linens and the house is well set up for guests.  We provide a small supply of all the basics to start your vacation on Pine Island.  There are 2 kayaks and 3 boat lifts available.   Bring your boat or rent 1 nearby and scoot around the Sanibel & Captiva sound.   You may even catch a glimpse of dolphins and manatee as they swim by daily.
